Beyond Binh Thuy

Army Warrant Officer Eric Mohr arrived in Vietnam with a dual mission. As a medevac helicopter pilot he was there to save lives. As an Evangelical Christian, he believed he was there to help God save souls. One soul that needed saving was that of his brother-in-law, Navy pilot Steve Cooper.

Just as Eric is beginning to interact with his brother-in-law, Cooper is shot down and taken prisoner by the Viet Cong. The Navy is pulling out of the Delta and appears to be giving up on Steve. Determined to rescue Steve, Eric makes the rescue mission a personal one. When he can't get help through conventional channels, he finds it through his contacts in the Christian community. Backed by the the prayer support of a dedicated group of believers and trusting in God for direction, Eric and his friends embark on a dangerous rescue mission in the U Minh forest of South Vietnam.

Plenty of flying, plenty of action and a fresh look at God's work in the lives of men and women during the Vietnam War.
